What to expect in FIERCE at Home
FIERCE at Home enables you to train like a warrior, without the need to go into the gym. Using at-home gym equipment, you’ll find a variety of strength and high-intensity workouts that will increase your fitness throughout the program. For those new to this training style, there are four beginner weeks to build a base fitness and learn correct exercise technique.
Each workout is different, and this program includes HIIT workouts like Tabata, AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workouts to build strength, as well as boxing and Muay Thai workouts.
