What to expect in FIERCE
FIERCE is a training program that enables you to unleash your inner warrior. The workouts are designed to increase strength, lean muscle, overall fitness and decrease body fat. The workout program targets the full body, and increases progressively, with four beginner weeks for those new to this training style.
You can always expect something different in each workout. The program includes high-intensity workouts like Tabata, circuit training and as-many-reps-as-possible (AMRAP).
