HIIT Cardio & Abs with Kayla utilises high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with a focus on core exercises using minimal equipment, at home or in the gym.
There are two foundation weeks to get you familiar with this style of training, followed by a six-week program that’s suitable for anyone with a beginner to intermediate level of fitness.
You’ll feel the burn with five 20 to 30-minute workouts each week (including two optional express workouts) that use upper-body and lower-body strength and stability exercises, followed by core finishers to keep you working hard until the very end.
