What to expect in Pilates with Sara
Pilates with Sara will help you to feel strong, athletic and powerful. This program combines traditional and contemporary Pilates to help you create better posture, increase flexibility and create a greater connection between your mind and your movement.
Each week, you’ll build core strength and improve full-body muscle definition. This program offers a combination of Pilates, resistance training and high-intensity workouts, along with mindful movement sessions for holistic, full-body training.
Pilates with Sara is suitable for all fitness levels, with four foundation weeks available for beginners.
